No ministry page will ever tell you that a branch released slots at 06:40 last Tuesday, or that a clerk wanted a document nobody had mentioned. That is exactly the kind of thing worth writing down here.

A contribution is always shown with your name attached, never as an anonymous instruction, and a person reads it before it is visible to anyone else. It is a different kind of knowledge from the sourced facts elsewhere on this site, and it is treated that way on purpose.
